BEN CROW

Ben is a Managing Partner at Travel Tech Managed IT Services, where he brings a rare combination of deep IT expertise, formal project management training, and hands-on construction experience to the business.

A lifelong technology enthusiast, Ben’s passion for computers started long before his professional career. At 16, he built his first machine from spare parts, a habit that quietly made him the go-to IT resource in every office he worked in.

Ben began his professional career in 2008 after graduating from Auburn University with a Master’s Degree in Building Construction. He went on to develop a distinguished career in the construction industry, gaining professional responsibility over nearly a quarter of a billion dollars in project scope. Encouraged by his wife Hannah, Ben made the leap into entrepreneurship and founded the original Travel Tech, initially providing on-site, on-call computer and network repairs for residential and commercial clients. As the industry evolved, the business did too, shifting from break-fix support to a proactive Managed Services model.

In 2022, Ben partnered with Derek, combining their unique and complementary skillsets to form Travel Tech Managed IT Services as it exists today.
