Background
Brenton Calvert serves as the IT Director for Kingdom Heights Preparatory School, bringing over a decade of experience in educational technology and systems support. He began his IT career in education at Westlawn Middle School in the 2014–2015 school year, where he supported faculty, staff, and student technology. In 2017, he joined Randolph School as a Technology Support Specialist and expanded his role in 2020 to include teaching Computer Science and Programming. Brenton holds several industry credentials, including CompTIA A+, the Google IT Support Professional Certificate, and Lenovo Technical Support Certification.
With a strong background in hardware, software, and network infrastructure, Brenton is committed to creating reliable, efficient, and user-friendly technology environments. He has a passion for simplifying complex technical problems and building solutions that support instructional excellence and smooth school operations.
Outside of work, Brenton is a fiction writer, avid gamer, and movie enthusiast. He’s a dedicated Alabama football fan and enjoys spending quality time with his family. He and his wife, Danielle, have two children, ages 8 and 5.
