Background
Chris McGaha is a senior at Athens State University pursuing a degree in Information Technology, with over a year of hands-on experience at Travel Tech. Beginning as an intern, he developed a strong foundation across multiple areas of a managed service provider (MSP) environment, which progressed into a full-time role.
Chris began on the Structured Cabling team, where responsibilities included installing and supporting network and security systems and delivering reliable, high-speed connectivity solutions for clients. This experience established a strong technical foundation in both field installation and on-site support.
Currently, Chris is a part of Travel Tech’s Pro Services team, where responsibilities include troubleshooting and maintaining printers, setting up new systems, completing small network drops, and supporting VoIP phone systems, along with a wide range of additional on-site technical requests as needed. This role is focused on providing responsive, hands-on support to ensure client operations remain efficient and uninterrupted.
