I’m a Huntsville native and technology professional currently serving as a MSP General Support specialist at Travel Tech Support. My background spans diverse roles from fiber optic infrastructure on Meta’s Project Starbelt to technical support and system technician positions. I hold an Associate of Applied Science in Computer Information Systems from J.F. Drake State Technical College and am Microsoft 365 Essentials certified.
