Sullivan Chan

Structured Cabling Supervisor

Background

My name is Sullivan Chan. I’ve built a diverse background in the telecommunications field, working my way up through roles as a residential field technician, commercial lead technician, and now serving as both a superintendent and project manager. Over the past year, I’ve successfully managed and completed a wide range of projects, giving me a deep understanding of job execution from planning to final closeout. I hold certifications in HVAC, BICSI, OSHA, and Security Awareness, along with additional credentials earned during my military career.

Outside of work, most of my time revolves around my daughter—easily the most “high-maintenance investment” I’ve ever made. Together we enjoy hiking, indoor rock climbing, and kayaking when the weather cooperates. I’m also currently tackling the “75 Hard” challenge which, depending on when you read this, I’ve either heroically completed or realistically abandoned. My long-term goal is to get into great physical shape and become the kind of neighbor people respect…or at least think twice about borrowing tools from.
